Chlorinated polyethylene (CPE) is a kind of saturated polymer material with white appearance, non-toxic and tasteless, excellent weather resistance, ozone resistance, chemical resistance and aging resistance, good oil resistance, flame retardancy and coloring performance.

Chlorinated polyethylene is a high molecular weight polyethylene (HDPE) prepared by chlorination reaction. Chlorinated polyethylene (CPE) can be divided into resin type CPE and elastomer type CM according to its structure and use.
application
At the end of 1990s, the domestic demand for high performance flame retardant rubber was increasing, especially the development of wire and cable industry, automotive parts manufacturing industry, led to the demand for rubber CPE. Rubber CPE is a kind of special synthetic rubber with excellent comprehensive properties, heat-resistant, oxygen-ozone aging and good flame retardancy.

Mainly used in wire and cable (coal mine cable, UL and VDE standards stipulated in the wire), hydraulic hose, automotive hose, tape, rubber sheet, PVC pipe modification, magnetic materials, ABS modification and so on.
